Registration and cancellation terms

All registrations have to be made via the online registration form that will be open on this website from 11 March, 2019 until 5 April, 2019. Payments can be made via bank transfer after receiving the invoice. We can only accept euro-payments.

Participation in the Seminar is subject to a fee. Registration to the Seminar is binding for the participant. The fee is to be paid in advance according to the invoice the participant will receive after successful online registration. Any resulting bank charges are to be paid by the Seminar participants.

Cancellation policy

Should you cancel your attendance at the Seminar by 20 March, 2019, the participation fee will be refunded, minus an administration fee of 15€. Should you cancel your attendance at the Seminar by 1 April, 2019, 50% of the attendance fee will be refunded, minus an administration fee of 15€. In the event of a cancellation after 1 April, 2019, no refund is possible.

Please submit your cancellation to the Seminar Secretariat in writing via e-mail: hesavet@publicon.ee. Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name, email address, the amount paid and bank details. Name changes are free of charge.
